Alliant National is a title insurance underwriter for residential and commercial property. While there are many title insurance companies, Alliant National is the only underwriter serving independent title insurance agents without also competing with them through their own agent group. In fact, a large portion of Alliant National stock is held by its agent partners.

Market:
Alliant National currently operates in Texas, Florida, Arizona, Missouri, and Colorado. It is adding licenses in several states per year. Independent title agents have embraced Alliant National's unique offering and are fueling a 50% annual growth rate.

Investment Status:
Crescendo Capital Partners made an initial investment in 2005 as part of Alliant National's initial capitalization.
